JACOB D. BRAUNSTEIN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

The law is complicated and can be confusing to the untrained eye. Jake (as his family, friends and clients call him) is the lead attorney at Braunstein Law LLC and has been providing comprehensive and easy to understand legal counsel to individuals and families since 2006.

I know how overwhelming the legal process can be, especially when you are under an enormous amount of stress. This is why my goal is to help you understand your rights and the issues affecting your case. I am an attorney, yes, but I never forget that my clients are people with unique emotions and values.

Here at Braunstein Law LLC, I will keep you involved and will personally guide you in making important decisions about your case, calmly and effectively. I let you know what is going on at every stage, and explain every small detail so that you are in charge.

I began my career in 2006 in Portland, Oregon specializing in serious criminal charges such as aggravate murder, robbery and assault, as well as less serious charges such as DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants). I later broadened my practice to include Consumer Law with an emphasis on assisting clients with filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy with my colleague, Alexzander CJ Adams.

I have successfully represented hundreds of individuals charged with crimes, particularly DUII and other driving crimes. My practice focuses primarily on representing individuals charged with DUII and other driving crimes, however, we also represent individuals charged with felony cases.
